Beetlejuice

Thanks to an untimely demise, a young couple (Alec Baldwin and Geena Davis) ends up as poltergeists in their New England farmhouse, where they fail to meet the challenge of scaring away the insufferable new owners. In desperation, the undead newlyweds turn to an expert frightmeister named Beetlejuice (Michael Keaton) -- who has a diabolical agenda behind his scheme to help them. The movie snagged an Oscar for Best Makeup.

Ok I really am not a huge Tim Burton fan. I guess it's just cause I am not into the dark humor that he does. The only reason I watched this one is because my husband wanted to and it wouldn't be fair if I always choose the movies. So this was the one he choose. I also think because my brothers loved it and it was one of those ones played over and over agian that I got tired of it. But I love the acting in it. ANyone who can act that well with all the makeup is good on my book. I think my faviorate part of the movie is the faces that Alec and Geena make. All in all I like it but not one i am rushing out to add to my DVD collection.
