The Holiday

Stuck in a vicious cycle of dead-end relationships with two-timing men, Los Angeles resident Amanda (Cameron Diaz) and Londoner Iris (Kate Winslet) decide to swap homes -- paving the way for romances they never imagined possible. This charming comedy from writer-director Nancy Meyers features an all-star cast, including Jude Law, Jack Black, Edward Burns and Rufus Sewell.

This movie has a lot of charm, witty dialogue, unexpected elements, and really pretty people to look at. Everyone was pretty much what you'd expect and hope for. Cameron Diaz is fun, sparkly and charismatic. Jude Law was charming, handsome and dreamy. Jack Black was still funny Jack Black, just a toned down, responsible-adult version. Kate Winslet I felt was great for the neurotic jilted lover. I saw this movie in theaters and than rented it agian and want to buy it. I love the whole thing although it is predicable. Its a good movie to cuddle up with a loved one with.
